Steven Shallcross has served as Theriva’s CEO and Director since 2018, and has served as CFO since joining the company in 2015. Mr. Shallcross brings operational, financial, and international biotechnology industry experience to the company, as well as an established track record of leading the financial development and strategy of several publicly traded biotech companies.
Mr. Shallcross’ past appointments include EVP and CFO of Nuo Therapeutics, Inc., Acting CFO of Senseonics, and CFO and Treasurer of Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
